Patricia Landgren is a co-founder and principal of Corporate Legal Partners. She has over 12 years of experience providing general counsel services to public and private companies both in-house and as a consultant.
Prior to founding Corporate Legal Partners, Patricia was the General Counsel and Secretary to a billion-dollar publicly traded promotional products company. She has also served as legal counsel to numerous companies including a venture-backed, privately-held professional consulting services company, a high-tech software services firm, and a multi-national environmental consulting company.
Patricia practices law in the areas of corporate transactional law, including drafting and reviewing software and intellectual property licensing, corporate governance, labor and employment law, intellectual property, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and international law.
Patricia served as an officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG). She is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law where she was an Assistant Editor of the International Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College with a bachelor's degree in economics. Patricia is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Court of Appeals of the Armed Forces.
